Terms of Service
§ 1 Scope
These Terms of Service govern all business relationships between Pavema Group LTD (“Pavema”, “we”), a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus (HE 481360) with its registered office at Makedonias 5, Sunrise Complex, Block 7, Flat/Office 304, 7080 Larnaca, Cyprus, and its clients. Our services are directed exclusively at businesses and entrepreneurs, not at consumers.
§ 2 Services
Pavema provides services in the areas of digital marketing, performance marketing, platform management, web development, data analytics and strategy consulting. The exact scope of services is defined in individual agreements or order confirmations.
§ 3 Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded upon written order confirmation by Pavema or upon signature of a service agreement. Offers by Pavema are subject to change and non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise.
§ 4 Fees and Payment
Fees are set out in the respective agreement. Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction, unless agreed otherwise. In the event of default, Pavema may charge default interest of 8 percentage points above the applicable base rate.
§ 5 Client Obligations
The client shall provide Pavema in good time with all information, access and materials required for the performance of the services. Delays resulting from a lack of cooperation by the client shall not be attributed to Pavema.
§ 6 Confidentiality
Both parties undertake not to disclose confidential information received in the course of the cooperation to third parties and to use it solely for the purposes of the cooperation. This obligation survives the termination of the contractual relationship.
§ 7 Limitation of Liability
Pavema is liable only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Pavema’s total liability is limited to the value of the respective order.
§ 8 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The laws of the Republic of Cyprus apply. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms is Larnaca, Cyprus, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
